How do I book with Transform Spaces Event Rentals?

To book, simply go to our Request a Quote page and submit the form with your event date, location, and items needed. We’ll confirm availability and send your quote/invoice within 24–48 hours.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Some dates fill quickly.

Do you require a deposit to reserve my date?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due before delivery. We will provide your total and due date when your invoice is sent.

Do you offer delivery and pickup?

Yes! Delivery and pickup are available in Barrow County, Hall County, Clarke County, Gwinnett County, and surrounding areas.

Delivery fees may vary based on distance and order size.

Can I pick up my rentals instead of delivery?

Pickup options depend on availability and the rental items selected. Ask about pickup during your booking request.

What time do you deliver and pick up?

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on your event time and route availability. We will confirm your delivery window before your event.

How long is the rental period?

Most rentals are for a standard event-day rental period. If you need overnight or extended rentals, let us know and we will confirm availability and pricing.

Are your tables and chairs cleaned before each rental?

Yes. All equipment is cleaned and inspected prior to delivery or pickup.

What if it rains or the weather is bad?

Tents help with coverage, but weather can be unpredictable. If you have concerns about weather, contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss options.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, changes are permitted based on availability. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order. Please note: deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your reservation and remove the items from availability for the other customers.

Do you charge for damages, missing, or late items?

Yes. Customers are responsible for rental items during the rental period. Fees may apply for damaged items, missing items, or late returns.

Do you set up the tables and chairs?

Basic drop-off is included. Setup options may be available upon request depending on your order.
